Shipping & Returns

Shipping

Since ecoLightbulbs is a non-profit company run solely by volunteers, we are only able to ship our orders on a weekly basis. Orders are typically shipped once a week (between Saturday and Monday). For example, if you place an order on a Tuesday, it will be shipped by the following Monday. You will recieve a order confirmation and tracking number once your order has shipped.

If you need your order shipped more quickly, please contact us at customersupport@ecolightbulbs.org with your needs and we will do our best to fulfill them.

Returns & Exchanges

Returns: We want to make sure you are satisfied with your purchase. If you are unsatisfied with the products you have purchased, you can return unopened, unused light bulb packs to us within 21 days of shipping. Please note that the customer will be responsible for any shipping costs associated with returning undamaged products.

Exchanges: If you receive an item that was damaged in transit or is non-functioning upon arrival, please notify us and we will send you a replacement free of charge.

For all returns and exchanges please contact us at customersupport@ecolightbulbs.org to notify us of your return/exchange. We will provide you the proper shipping information at that time for you to return your order.
